Following Narnia uses CS Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia series to teach middle school students how to write with structure and style. In Volume 1, students explore relevant topics, learn wordlists, and complete lessons based on reading assignments from the first three books of the Chronicles of Narnia series.

Experience the enchanted land of Narnia while learning to write with structure and style.

 

 


The Horse and His Boy

Shasta, the adopted son of a mean fisherman, learns that he is to be sold as a slave to a Tarkaan. The Tarkaan's horse, which happens to be a talking horse from Narnia, convinces Shasta to run away with him to Narnia, suspecting that Shasta is also a Narnian. Along the way, Bree and Shasta join forces with another runaway and Narnian horse. Little do they know that they will find themselves in the middle of a war which will decide the fate of Narnia.


The Magician's Nephew

Uncle Andrew's experiments send Polly and Digory to strange other worlds, but an encounter with the sinister Queen Jadis brings evil to the land of Narnia on the day of its creation.


The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe

In this allegorical fantasy, four children enter the land of Narnia through a professor's wardrobe and overcome greed and selfishness. Aslan, the great lion, helps them battle the White Witch and makes the ultimate sacrifice to redeem Edmund.
